Merc’s Negroni Sour

I don’t drink sours too often, but when I do.. I have a Merc’s Negroni Sour.

Inspired by this video.

Here’s how you make it:

• 1.5 oz Merc’s Gin
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz St-Germain
• Egg White or Vegan alternative (we chose egg white for this one)
Put ’em all in a shaker with ice and then shake ’em pretty good.
Pick your cutest garnish, slap it in the cup.
