We’re always playing and trying to incorporate other locally made drinks into classic recipes. We switched it up a bit with Above Average‘s Coriander Liqueur. It’s a sweet beverage and a great replacement for simple syrup if you want a little more depth. Give this one a shot and let us know what you think!
2 oz gin (Perfect with Merc’s gin, coming in May!)
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz coriander liqueur from @aboveaveragedrinks
0.5 oz egg white
Shake dry
Add ice
Shake again
Strain and enjoy
